Speaker Submission Process

Are you interested in speaking to Georgia tourism professionals or do you know someone who would make a great speaker? Our content committee is always interested in learning about potential speakers. We look for proposals that include innovative ways to deliver content and engage our attendees, as well as presentations that have key takeaways and action items.

Our Content Committee actively seeks speakers for our annual meetings throughout the year.  There is not a deadline, as we are constantly evaluating potential sessions and topics. To be considered as a speaker for either the GACVB Winter Meeting or the Georgia Governor's Tourism Conference, you must begin the process by submitting our speaker form.  If the committee has an interest in inviting you to speak, they will contact you directly.

Generally, the committee determines the agenda for the GACVB Winter Meeting (February) during the fall of the prior year (October, November, December). The committee determines the agenda for the Governor's Tourism Conference during the spring of the same year (March, April, May).  The committee does accept submissions all year long.
