2017 Sponsor and Exhibitor Packages

Join us for the largest tourism conference in Georgia.  Our conference attracts approximately 550 tourism professionals from CVBs, Attractions, Lodging Facilities, Travel Related Organizations and Supplier Companies, as well as Elected Officials.

All conference sessions will be held at the Jekyll Island Convention Center.  Four properties have special rates on our lodging page.  Please note that lodging reservations must be made separately from your registration.

We are committed to your return on your investment!  Our conference agenda gives many opportunities to build relationships and book business.  Our exhibitors and sponsors are welcomed and encouraged to attend conference sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, and the evening events. These sessions and special events are an opportunity to network with potential customers throughout the conference.

Sponsorships are reserved on a first come, first served basis. And we are pleased to offer sponsor and exhibitor rates with no increase for 2017.  Plus we offer a reduced registration rate of $300 per additional attendee for sponsors and exhibitors.  Commitments and payments for sponsorships & exhibitors are needed by July 28th to secure space.  Additional attendees can be added anytime.

Evening Event Sponsors (Monday or Tuesday) - $6,000

  • Maximum of three sponsor companies will be assigned to one evening event
  • Meeting Registration Fee included for three attendees; additional attendees receive discounted registration ($300 each)
  • Exhibit booth with premium placement in main meeting area
  • If your exhibit area requires electricity, additional charges apply
  • Logo with link featured on home and sponsor pages of  conference website
  • Logo featured on conference mobile app with website, email and social media page links
  • Logo prominently featured in email campaign
  • Premium logo placement on all conference collateral materials including invitation, agenda, and signage
  • Logo featured on event signage at evening event
  • Opportunity to speak or show video (2 minute limit) during general session before/after the event or during event
  • Opportunity to include promotional gift with registration bag or dinner (no flyers/all gift items must be approved 30 days prior to conference)
  • Copy of registration database of all conference attendees
  • Verbal recognition during conference

Luncheon Sponsors (Tuesday or Wednesday) - $3,000

  • Maximum of three sponsor companies will be assigned to one luncheon
  • Meeting Registration Fee included for two attendees; additional attendees receive discounted registration ($300 each)
  • Exhibit booth with premium placement in main meeting area
  • If your exhibit area requires electricity, additional charges apply
  • Logo with link featured on home and sponsor pages of conference website
  • Logo featured on conference mobile app with website, email and social media page links
  • Logo featured in email campaign
  • Logo featured prominently on conference collateral materials including invitation, agenda, and signage
  • Logo featured on event signage at luncheon
  • Opportunity to speak or show video (2 minute limit) during luncheon
  • Opportunity to include promotional gift with registration bag or at luncheon (all gift items must be approved 30 days prior to conference)
  • Copy of registration database of all conference attendees
  • Verbal recognition during conference

General Session & Breakout Series Sponsors - $3,000

  • One sponsor company per general session or per breakout series
  • Sponsor company may choose their General Session or Breakout Series
  • Meeting Registration Fee included for two attendees; additional attendees receive discounted registration ($300 each)
  • Exhibit booth with premium placement in main meeting area
  • If your exhibit area requires electricity, additional charges apply
  • Logo with link featured on home and sponsor pages of conference website
  • Logo featured on conference mobile app with website, email and social media page links
  • Logo featured in email campaign
  • Logo featured prominently on conference collateral materials including invitation, agenda, and signage
  • Logo featured on screens in meeting room
  • Opportunity to speak or show video (2 minute limit) at sponsored session
  • Opportunity to introduce speaker at sponsored session
  • Opportunity to include a collateral piece at each chair in sponsored session
  • Opportunity to include promotional gift with registration bag or at luncheon (no flyers/all gift items must be approved 30 days prior to conference)

Breakfast/Break Sponsors - $1,500

  • Maximum of three sponsor companies will be assigned to one function
  • Meeting Registration Fee included for one attendee; additional attendees receive discounted registration ($300 each)

  • Logo with link on sponsor page of conference website

  • Maximum of three sponsor companies will be assigned to one function

Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Policies 

 - All who attend the conference must be registered and paid in full prior to their entry into the event, including primary and additional representatives of all sponsor and exhibitor partners.   

 - Sponsor and exhibitor payments are due 30 business days prior to the meeting in order to confirm reservation of exhibit booth. 

 - Unless special payment arrangements have been made with the GACVB office, all sponsor and exhibitor payments must be received prior to the meeting.  Last minute additional sponsor/exhibitor representatives may register and pay at the onsite registration desk.   

 - If a sponsor or exhibitor must cancel more than 30 business days before the meeting, a refund will be processed minus a $50 processing fee.  

 - We regret that refunds cannot be made within 30 business days of the meeting.   

 - Trading of name badges is not allowed.   

 - Any meeting space needs beyond the exhibit table or exhibit booth assigned must be coordinated prior to the meeting, preferably at least a month prior and all onsite adjustments must be approved and coordinated with GACVB staff.
