Sponsorship Opportunities
CONFERENCE POLICIESAttendees are encouraged to visit each booth in the exhibit area during the Opening Sponsor Reception, two Continental Breakfasts, and four Breaks. In addition, as a response to our feedback from our attendees and past conference sponsors who wanted more time on the exhibit floor, we’ve included Stay In Tune with our Sponsors Trade Show Hour in this year’s schedule. The Georgia Governor’s Tourism Conference is committed to your return on your investment! Estimated attendance this year is 400+. Please note that lodging reservations must be made separately from your registration. Our four host hotels offer rates from $100 - $145 per night plus applicable taxes. To confirm your sponsorship, click ‘register now’ and proceed through the sponsor options. Sponsorships are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Confirmed sponsors may request attendee list updates prior to the conference. There are forty total 10’ exhibitor spaces available, one per sponsor. Tables are assigned in sponsorship level order. Please review our Exhibit Hall Diagram. Also please review the Exhibitor Packet provided by The Classic Center for utility services, shipping & material handling and other general show information. Early set up begins at noon on Sunday, August 29th through 6:00pm. All sponsors are encouraged to take advantage of this extra time before the conference begins. Regular set up hours Monday, August 30th from 9:00am until 2:00pm. Our Welcome Refreshment Break begins in the exhibit area at 2:30pm on Monday so please be completely set up by that time. Also, please plan to attend the Opening General Session at 3:00pm where all sponsors are recognized for their support. Breakdown may not begin at 10:00am on Friday, September 1st at the conclusion of the morning break. Our attendees are invited to the exhibit hall for both continental breakfasts, all four 30-minute refreshment breaks, the Sponsor Welcome Reception and our Stay In Tune with our Sponsors Trade Show Hour. Please review our schedule for specific times. Also, our sponsors are invited to all conference sessions, both luncheons and both of our evening events. If a sponsor must cancel, a refund will be processed minus a $50 processing fee prior to July 15, 2010. We regret that refunds cannot be made within 45 days of the conference.
