About the Conference: 

Join us for the largest tourism conference in Georgia.  Our conference attracts approximately 450 - 500 tourism professionals from CVBs, Attractions, Lodging Facilities, Travel Related Organizations and Supplier Companies, as well as Elected Officials.

All conference sessions will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge with special rates on our lodging page.  Please note that lodging reservations must be made separately from your registration.

We are committed to your return on your investment!  Our conference agenda gives many opportunities to build relationships and book business.  Our exhibitors and sponsors are welcomed and encouraged to attend conference sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, and the evening events. These sessions and special events are an opportunity to network with potential customers throughout the conference.

We offer a reduced registration rate of $325 per additional attendee for sponsors and exhibitors.  Sponsor and exhibitor commitments are needed by August 2nd to ensure inclusion in conference printed materials and mobile app.  Additional attendees can be added anytime before the conference or onsite at the registration desk.

Schedule Overview:

Sunday, September 8th - early exhibitor move in, early registration check in
Monday, September 9th - regular exhibitor move in, pre-conference meetings, conference begins at 1pm
Tuesday, September 10th - conference sessions continue all day
Wednesday, September 11th - conference concludes at 1:30pm

Sponsors and exhibitors have the option of setting up their tabletop exhibits on Sunday from 1-5pm or Monday from 8:30am - 12:30pm. Sponsors and exhibitors cannot break down until 10:30am on Wednesday.

Tabletop exhibits will include a 6' exhibit table in the pre-function area outside of the White Oak Ballroom of the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center.  This is where the luncheons, general and breakout sessions will be held.  There will be no 10 x 10 booths this year. Tables will be next to the wall - there is no space for storage behind the exhibit tables.  There will be one char next to each table.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Policies: 

 - All who attend the conference must be registered and paid in full prior to their entry into the event, including primary and additional representatives of all sponsor and exhibitor partners.   

 - Sponsor and exhibitor payments are due 30 business days prior to the meeting in order to confirm reservation of exhibit booth. 

 - Unless special payment arrangements have been made with the GACVB office, all sponsor and exhibitor payments must be received prior to the meeting.  Last minute additional sponsor/exhibitor representatives may register and pay at the onsite registration desk.   

 - If a sponsor or exhibitor must cancel more than 30 business days before the meeting, a refund will be processed minus a $50 processing fee.  

 - We regret that refunds cannot be made within 30 business days of the meeting.   

 - Trading of name badges is not allowed.   

 - Any meeting space needs beyond the exhibit table or exhibit booth assigned must be coordinated prior to the meeting, preferably at least a month prior and all onsite adjustments must be approved and coordinated with GACVB staff.
