REGISTRATION: Conference Registration is located in the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center.  Please check-in here to pick up your badge and bag.  All those attending conference events must be registered for the conference.  Badges are required for entrance to conference events and sessions.  If you need to make changes to an existing registration, we can do that at the registration desk.  

Registration Desk Hours:
Sunday, September 8th - 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Monday, September 9th - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday, September 10th - 7:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, September 11th - 8:00am - 12:30pm

Online registration is closed, but we will have onsite registration available at the registration desk.

CONFERENCE BEGINS: at 1:30pm on Monday, September 9th.  Please remember that the highest traffic time for the registration desk is right before this session starts.  Allow extra time.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE:  Business casual attire is appropriate for conference sessions.  Remember to bring a sweater or light jacket as meeting rooms can be chilly.  Casual attire, including denim and shorts, is appropriate for evening events.  Both evening events are outdoors.

WEATHER:  The forecast calls for mostly sunny low 90s for daytime and high 60s for nighttime.

SILENT AUCTION:  Come prepared to bid high and bid often at the GACVB Silent Auction!  Proceeds go towards scholarships for tourism professionals.  Winning bidders must pay for and pick up their items before departure on Wednesday.  Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Check payable to GACVB.  Winning bidders of items not picked up will incur cost of shipping & handling fees.  Last minute donations are accepted at the registration desk.

SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS: Those handouts and presentations that are shared by our speakers will be available post-conference on our website for your reference.
